Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament is one of the most profound types of prayer that we have as Catholics.  Jesus wanted to stay with us, and the means he chose is the Most Blessed Sacrament.  Any visit to the Blessed Sacrament is fruitful.  But among the many reasons for Adoration are rendering God thanks for our redemption and the help that He gives us, making reparation for our sins and those of mankind, and the may graces to our parishes and families.
